Makkah: The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque launched its operational plan for the 1447 AH Hajj season on Wednesday, featuring numerous enrichment initiatives and multilingual religious services.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the plan aims to enhance the pilgrims' experience and convey the message of the Two Holy Mosques globally, providing 150 diverse enrichment initiatives, 10 enrichment tracks, and religious services in 60 languages.
President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais announced the plan during a ceremony held at the presidency headquarters in Makkah. He said the plan includes over 150 initiatives implemented throughout the season to enhance the quality of religious services provided to Hajj pilgrims.
Artificial intelligence is integrated into the operational plan, Al-Sudais said, marking a qualitative shift in developing religious services, in line with the objectives of the Year of Artificial Intelligence 2026 in Saudi Arabia and enhancing the pilgrims' experience.
He said the plan expands global outreach through 60 languages via advanced digital systems and modern technologies that help serve pilgrims and convey the moderate message of the Two Holy Mosques worldwide.
The operational plan is based on established religious and methodological principles, Al-Sudais said, and aims to enrich pilgrims' spiritual and educational experience through integrated programs, reflecting the leadership's efforts to improve services provided to pilgrims.
With its initiatives and multilingual services, the operational plan reflects a comprehensive framework designed to enhance the pilgrims' experience and strengthen the global message of the Two Holy Mosques.
