Istanbul - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held telephone discussions with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky.
The Turkish Presidency's Communications Department said in a statement on Saturday that Erdogan and Zelensky discussed by phone the Russian-Ukrainian war and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as well as the humanitarian crisis in the region.
The Communications Department indicated in its statement that Erdogan stressed during the phone call the possibility of resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and other conflicts in the region by peaceful means.
Erdogan expressed Turkey's readiness to continue making all necessary efforts in this direction to ensure peace, security and stability./End
