Riyadh: Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef, who heads the Saudi side of the Saudi-Tunisian Joint Committee, and Tunisian Minister of Economy and Planning Samir Abdelhafid, who heads the Tunisian side of the committee, signed today an executive program for cooperation and news exchange between the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) and the Tunisian News Agency (TAP) in Riyadh.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the signing took place on the sidelines of the 12th session of the Saudi-Tunisian Joint Committee, currently being held in the capital. The program aims to strengthen cooperation between SPA and TAP and to develop relations with regional and international media and news institutions. It includes organizing annual meetings and media workshops, preparing news and photo content highlighting the achievements of the joint committee, and developing training programs in editing, photography, and the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in news production.
The agreement also provides for the exchange of expertise and the transfer of knowledge between the two agencies, thereby enhancing professional standards and deepening media cooperation between the two countries.
