Jeddah: The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) is participating in the third edition of the Hajj Health and Safety Forum, being held from May 17 to 19 in Jeddah.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the event, SDAIA is showcasing its comprehensive support for the Hajj system's technological infrastructure. This includes presenting a suite of integrated digital platforms designed to enhance the efficiency of services provided to pilgrims during the 1447 AH Hajj season.
The authority is highlighting its role in developing and managing smart systems driven by national expertise. These advanced technological solutions aim to elevate the quality of government services and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. By harnessing emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, SDAIA seeks to ensure a safe, organized, and tranquil spiritual journey for pilgrims.
SDAIA's digital services are instrumental in facilitating the smooth arrival of pilgrims through the Kingdom's land, air, and sea ports. The authority notably provides technological support for the Ministry of Interior's Makkah Route Initiative, which is implemented in partnership with multiple government entities across 17 ports in 10 countries.
