KSrelief and Ensan Join Forces for Eid Al-Adha Meat Distribution in Yemen

Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Charity Committee for Orphans Care (Ensan) to execute a sacrificial meat (udhiyah) purchase and distribution project in Yemen for Eid Al-Adha.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement was signed by KSrelief Assistant Supervisor General of Operations and Programs Engineer Ahmed Al Baiz and Ensan General Manager Mohammed Almuharib. This collaborative effort aims to provide 4,140 udhiyahs, which will be distributed during Eid Al-Adha to some of the most vulnerable groups in the Yemeni governorates of Hadhramaut, Al-Mahra, Marib, and Aden.

The project seeks to bolster food security, alleviate the suffering of beneficiary families, and bring joy to them during the Eid festivities. It is part of Saudi Arabia's broader humanitarian and relief initiatives conducted through KSrelief to support the Yemeni population and foster values of solidarity and humanitarian cooperation, especially during the Eid Al-Adha period.
