Riyadh: The Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center won three gold awards at the global Contact Center World (CCW) Awards, held in Istanbul, Trkiye, in the categories of Best in Customer Service, Best Quality Team, and Best Customer Service Team.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center's achievement reflects recognition of its performance in serving beneficiaries, implementing quality practices, and enhancing the efficiency of its work teams. The awards also reinforce the center's international reputation.

CCW Awards are among the most prominent global awards specializing in customer service and contact center operations. They assess performance based on the best international practices and standards and attract entries from leading local and international organizations and institutions.
