Riyadh: Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable expressing his condolences to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the passing of Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, who also served as the head of the Council of Senior Scholars, the General Presidency of Scholarly Research and Ifta, and the Supreme Council of the Muslim World League.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Deputy Amir of Qatar Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, and Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, also sent two cables offering their condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on the death of the Grand Mufti.
