Qassim: Governor of Qassim Region Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz has inaugurated the oud and sandal tree planting project in the region today. The event was attended by Director General of the Jizan Mountainous Areas Development and Reconstruction Authority, Eng. Dhafer Al-Fahad, along with several other officials.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Prince Faisal emphasized the significance of this initiative as a crucial step towards enhancing environmental sustainability and diversifying the vegetation cover in the Qassim region. This project aligns with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to foster sustainable development and ecological conservation.
Prince Faisal highlighted that the project reflects the commitment of regional officials to implement initiatives that preserve natural resources.
