Jadidat arar: Under the directives of Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars and President of the General Presidency of Scholarly Research and Ifta Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan, the presidency's Northern Borders Region branch is participating in receiving pilgrims at the Jadidat Arar border crossing.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the branch provides a range of scholarly services, including fatwas based on the Holy Quran and Sunnah. Pilgrims also receive guidance booklets on Hajj rituals, visual presentations, and smart awareness cards. These cards feature QR codes linking to digital guidance on performing Hajj, ensuring that pilgrims have access to essential information for their journey.
