‘Nusuk Care’ Provides Comprehensive 24/7 Pilgrim Support in Arafat in 11 Languages

Riyadh: As part of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s efforts to enhance pilgrim services and enrich their spiritual journey, it activated the “Nusuk Care” initiative in Arafat, offering comprehensive field care to meet the needs of pilgrims, especially during their standing at Arafat, which is the pinnacle of the Hajj rituals.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Nusuk Care teams operate around the clock from centers distributed throughout Arafat. They provide linguistic support, health and psychological guidance, and handle reports and inquiries, with a special focus on humanitarian cases and assisting pilgrims in accessing needed services or locations.

The Nusuk Care teams comprise qualified male and female personnel who speak 11 languages, including sign language. They work under the direct supervision of a central control room connected to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s digital systems, allowing for rapid response, coordinating seamlessly with relevant authorities, and immediate case resolution.

Technologically, Nusuk Care is linked to the “Nusuk” platform, enabling real-time coordination with service providers and quick, data-driven decision-making based on field information. Additionally, electronic tools are used to measure pilgrim satisfaction instantly, allowing for direct service improvements based on immediate feedback.
