The project is set to run from October 11, 2025, to April 9, 2026, and focuses on addressing water supply challenges in the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative involves the construction of nine integrated water-supply stations strategically located in neighborhoods and villages throughout River Nile State. This effort is expected to benefit approximately 100,000 residents by providing them with access to safe drinking water and water for domestic use.
The project also targets the reduction of water-related diseases and aims to improve the sustainability of water services in the affected areas. By enhancing water security, the initiative seeks to contribute to better living conditions for the targeted communities.
