Riyadh-- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense received a phone call today from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During the call, they discussed bilateral relations and the means to enhance them in various fields.
Concerning the crisis in Ukraine, HRH the Crown Prince explained the Kingdom's declared position and its support for efforts that lead to a political solution that leads to its end and achieves security and stability, and that the Kingdom is ready to make efforts to mediate between all parties.
Touching on the impact of the Ukraine crisis on energy markets, HRH the Crown reiterated the Kingdom's keenness to maintain the balance and stability of oil markets, highlighting the role of the OPEC+ agreement in this regard and the importance of maintaining it.
