Riyadh: The Jeddah branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture held a meeting with the Saudi Motorsport Company to discuss cooperation with the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, which hosts major sporting events such as Formula 1 and the Dakar Rally.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on a draft agreement to create community volunteering opportunities, support environmental and agricultural initiatives, and strengthen partnerships with the nonprofit sector. The cooperation comes as part of the branch’s efforts to enhance the sustainability of natural resources and use major sporting events as a platform to promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices.
