Digital Empowerment Forum for Non-Profit Organizations Launched in Riyadh

Riyadh: Activities of the Digital Empowerment Forum for Non-Profit Organizations launched yesterday under the patronage of Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Non-Profit Sector Ahmed Al-Rajhi. The forum features dialogue sessions and workshops on data protection, funding and sustainability, sector experiences, and the role of donor entities, as well as financial sustainability of technical systems, government support, participatory contracting, and the use of data and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making and measure impact.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum, held in Riyadh, brings together more than 40 speakers across seven main sessions and 12 workshops, with expected participation exceeding 1,000 attendees from non-profit organizations, government entities, and technology and financing partners.

The first day of the forum witnessed the launch of the Technical Consultation Platform, the announcement of the Digital Empowerment Forum for the Non-Profit Sector 2026, and the signing of major partnerships, in addition to the convening of specialized sessions and workshops, including workshops on measuring digital transformation, information security, data- and artificial intelligence-based leadership, and governance of digital operations.

The Digital Empowerment Forum for Non-Profit Organizations aims to serve as a national platform that brings together leaders of the non-profit sector, decision-makers, experts, technology pioneers, and digital solution providers to exchange expertise and build technical partnerships and sustainable initiatives that enhance performance efficiency and developmental and social impact, in support of digital transformation and maximizing the impact of the non-profit sector, in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030.
