Gij³n: Olympic rider Abdullah Al Sharbatly stormed to victory by claiming first place in the 2-star Grand Prix CSI2* at the Gij³n International Horse Show in Spain. He and the horse Quisandro flawlessly cleared jumps set at 145 cm with two clean rounds and an impressive time of 36.74 seconds.

According to Saudi Press Agency, not stopping there, on the final day of the competition, Al Sharbatly secured a second-place finish in the CSI4* Grand Prix, again over 145 cm jumps, this time astride Alamo. Al Sharbatly’s victories mark a standout performance for the Saudi national showjumping team during their European season, where the riders consistently delivered impressive results.

The Saudi showjumping squad features top riders Ramzy Al Duhami, Abdulrahman Alrajhi, Khalid Almobty, Meshari Alharbi, and Abdullah Al Sharbatly.
