Al Qassim First International Environment Forum Opens in Buraidah

Buraidah: The Al Qassim First International Environment Forum launched yesterday, organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch in Qassim Region under the supervision of the Qassim Principality, as part of Saudi Environment Week 2026 activities, at King Khalid Cultural Center in Buraidah, with the participation of several government entities, profit and non-profit sectors, private sector, and environmental organizations.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the forum aims to create a platform that brings together various sectors to enhance joint environmental work, contributing to achieving a sustainable environmental balance and improving the quality of life.

The forum's launch attracted wide attendance from interested parties, with the program featuring a number of dialogue sessions and specialized workshops reviewing the latest practices and experiences, contributing to building a more sustainable future through balanced development aligned with the Kingdom's vision for a thriving, sustainable environment for future generations.
