92 Injured Palestinians, Escorts Arrive through Rafah Crossing for Treatment in Egypt

Rafah: Ninety-two injured Palestinians and their escorts from the Gaza Strip arrived yesterday through the Rafah crossing in north Sinai for treatment in Egyptian hospitals. An official source in North Sinai was quoted in the Middle East News Agency as saying that 47 injured individuals from Gaza hospitals and 45 of their escorts were received and distributed across hospitals in Al Erish, Sheikh Zuweid, and Bir Al-Abd for medical treatment.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the source said that eight trucks carrying humanitarian and relief aid entered the Gaza Strip today, following Israel’s obstruction of truck entries after closing the Al-Ouja land crossing.
