Rabat: Director General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) Dr. Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik held a meeting yesterday with Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) Dr. Saad bin Othman Alkasabi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting focused on exploring collaboration opportunities in the field of quality. Both parties discussed strategies to integrate quality as a foundational element for improving performance across various sectors. They agreed on implementing the revised quality standards established by Islamic and international authorities.

During the meeting, Dr. Alkasabi praised ICESCO’s efforts in advancing its expertise within the Islamic world, highlighting the organization’s significant contributions to the field.
