Today, Wednesday, the Military Intelligence Directorate announced the arrest of two terrorists in Nineveh and Kirkuk.

The Directorate said in a statement: "Based on accurate intelligence information of the brigades 8th and 16th divisions of the Military Intelligence Directorate, and in cooperation with intelligence and a force from the 32nd and 76th brigades, two tight ambushes were set up in Yaji district and Al-Barari checkpoint, resulting in the arrest of two terrorists, who are wanted by the judiciary in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law in the districts of Kirkuk and Mosul.”

It added, "The accused were handed over to the concerned authorities, according to the applicable contexts."
