Two Holy Mosques Authority Deploys 21 Service Centers to Assist Hajj Pilgrims

Mecca: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has deployed a fully operational network of two main hubs and 19 sub-centers to deliver round-the-clock humanitarian, linguistic, and logistical services during the 1447 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these centers are aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and provide multilingual guidance, facilitate dedicated mobility support for elderly visitors and people with disabilities, and manage a highly organized track-and-return system for lost items, children, and separated families.

To optimize foot traffic and reduce crowding across the corridors, the facilities feature secure luggage storage, rapid communication channels, and scannable QR codes scattered throughout the area to help pilgrims instantly locate their nearest service point.
