Makkah: The Transport General Authority (TGA) has reported a significant improvement in transportation compliance during the Umrah season, with Makkah achieving a 91% compliance rate and Madinah reaching 86% in the second week of Ramadan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in collaboration with relevant government agencies, the authority continues its oversight efforts to ensure the efficiency and quality of transportation services for worshippers and pilgrims. Official statistics show a notable decrease in violations, with 9,767 recorded in the second week of Ramadan, compared to 12,590 in the first week.
