SRCA Opens Volunteer Registration for Hajj 1446 AH

Riyadh: The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) has opened volunteer registration for Hajj 1446 AH, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote volunteerism and encourage community participation in humanitarian services.

According to Saudi Press Agency, volunteers can choose from four main tracks: paramedic, humanitarian, media, and logistics. The paramedic track involves providing emergency first aid and rescue before specialized teams arrive. The humanitarian track offers support and care to pilgrims through the distribution of snacks, water, and guidance. The media track focuses on documenting volunteer efforts through photography, videography, and editing. The logistics track assists with the distribution, transportation, and storage of materials and equipment.

The SRCA encourages interested individuals to register via its volunteer platform. It highlights that volunteering with the Red Crescent provides a rewarding opportunity to develop skills, deliver vital humanitarian services, and contribute to saving lives and supporting the community.
