Photographers worldwide come together to celebrate World Photography Day on August 19 each year. This day commemorates the contributions of French artists Louis Daguerre and Joseph-Nicephore Niepce, who invented photography. It also aims to inspire individuals to pursue photography as a career.

To mark this occasion, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) has utilized light photography techniques to capture the essence of Tabuk. The SPA has documented the city and its inhabitants in 17 captivating photos, spanning various genres such as photojournalism, portraiture, street life, wildlife and nature photography, sports and documentary photography, silhouette photography, aerial and night photography, and light painting.
