Riyadh: Somalia has strongly condemned the attempted UAV attack targeting Makkah, which was intercepted by the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces before reaching the city.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Somalia also condemned the recent attacks targeting civilian areas in the Kingdom, expressing its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia.

Somalia affirmed the Kingdom's right to protect its territory, people, and Islamic holy sites.
