Six people killed in a civilian helicopter crash in Siberia, eastern Russia

At least six people were killed, and seven others were injured, in a civilian helicopter crash today, Thursday, in the Altai Republic, in eastern Siberia, the Russian Federation.

The Russian Emergencies Ministry stated, in a statement, that the plane crashed and caught fire after colliding with electric cables as it was preparing to land, noting that preliminary information indicated that 13 people were on board, six of whom were killed. / End
