Shura Council Delegation Engages with Turkish Parliament to Boost Bilateral Ties

Ankara: A delegation from the Shura Council, including members of the Saudi-Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Committee and led by Council Member and Committee Chairman Dr. Ibrahim Al-Qanas, met with Numan Kurtulmus, the President of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the meeting, Kurtulmus extended a warm welcome to the Shura Council delegation and commended the Kingdom’s initiatives in fostering international peace and security, as well as its contributions to regional and global stability.

The discussions focused on the parliamentary relations between the Shura Council and the Turkish Grand National Assembly, exploring avenues to strengthen connections between Saudi Arabia and Turkey. The meeting also covered several topics of mutual interest, aiming to bolster cooperation between the two nations.
