Riyadh: The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) handball championship continues in Marib Governorate, Yemen, as part of the program's support for the sports and youth sector and efforts to promote athletic activities across the country.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the championship features 224 players representing various clubs, aiming to develop athletes' skills while providing a platform for identifying and nurturing emerging talent in handball.
Additionally, the SDRPY volleyball championship for governorate teams has begun in Aden, with 16 participating clubs. The event is organized by the Yemen Volleyball Federation under the supervision of the Yemeni Ministry of Youth and Sports, with support from SDRPY.
These efforts are part of SDRPY's ongoing initiatives to support sports and youth, fostering a positive environment for Yemeni youth and revitalizing athletic activities.
