Riyadh: The Saudi Sport Arbitration Center (SSAC) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Gulf Sports Arbitration Authority, aiming to enhance joint cooperation and exchange expertise in sports arbitration and dispute resolution.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU seeks to establish a general framework for technical, legal, and training cooperation in the settlement of sports disputes. This initiative includes the exchange of expertise, capacity building, and the development of specialized competencies. The collaboration aims to advance sports arbitration systems and dispute resolution practices in alignment with professional standards.
Both parties emphasized that this MoU is a significant step toward unifying Gulf efforts in sports arbitration. It aims to strengthen institutional integration and share successful experiences, ensuring swift justice and supporting the stability of the sports system across the region.
