Riyadh: The Saudi Space Agency (SSA) participated in the 2024 International Forum on Non-Terrestrial Networks, organized by the Communications, Space, and Technology Commission in collaboration with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The event was held on November 25-26 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this participation underscores the agency’s role as a future partner. The agency aims to support the development of space communication technologies and enhance international cooperation to achieve a sustainable future for communications and space exploration.
The forum featured intensive discussions on the future of non-terrestrial networks, their significance in sustaining global communications, and their role in supporting space missions.
