Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs Distributes Dates and Hosts Iftar in Argentina

Buenos Aires: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, through the King Fahd Islamic Cultural Center in Buenos Aires, has launched the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ programs for distributing dates and hosting iftar meals during Ramadan 1446 AH.

According to Saudi Press Agency, a ceremony marking the occasion was held at the center, attended by Charg© d’Affaires at the Saudi Embassy in Argentina Ibrahim Al-Dakhil, representative of the capital’s Religions Department Mateo Alberto, and Director of the King Fahd Cultural Center Sultan Al-Arfaj.

The initiative includes the distribution of 10 tons of dates, benefiting approximately 40,000 people, and an iftar program that will serve around 14,000 beneficiaries. These programs aim to support the Muslim community in Argentina, as well as prayer halls, mosques, and several Islamic centers across the country.
