The Saudi Arabian Scouts Association began its participation today in the GCC summer scout camp for advanced scouts.
The camp, organized by the Directorate of Scouts and Guides Girls of the Ministry of Education of the Sultanate of Oman, carries the theme of "Future Skills, Innovation, Challenge, Sustainability." Situated in Ashour Mountain in Oman's Dhofar governorate, the camp program will run until August 21.
It features a range of activities including character building, artificial intelligence exercises, scout tourism, and challenge and adventure trips. The main objective is to cultivate a sense of citizenship among participants by involving them in environmental conservation activities and enhancing their scouting skills.
