According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Alwasil emphasized the need to protect civilians, civilian objects, and humanitarian and medical personnel, respect the sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of states, and refrain from interfering in their internal affairs. He underscored the importance of applying international law without selectivity or double standards and strengthening accountability for violations-measures that help consolidate respect for international rules and principles. He also called for prioritizing dialogue and peaceful means, supporting mediation efforts to address and resolve conflicts, and mitigating their humanitarian and security repercussions.
