Damascus: Saudi Arabia has officially condemned the recent terrorist attack on a bus belonging to the Internal Security Forces in the Damascus countryside, Syria. The attack resulted in multiple injuries among the security personnel on board. According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement expressing the Kingdom's strong denunciation of the incident. The statement also emphasized Saudi Arabia's solidarity and complete support for the measures being undertaken by the Syrian government to combat extremism and terrorism within its borders. The Kingdom further conveyed its hopes for Syria and its people to achieve security and peace, and extended wishes for the injured to experience a swift recovery.
