Saudi Arabia Assumes Presidency of ALESCO General Conference Until 2026

Jeddah: The 27th session of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) began today under the presidency of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah. Delivering a speech on behalf of Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Saudi National Committee for Education, Culture, and Science Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan welcomed the ministers and heads of national committees for education and science participating in the session. During the session, the Republic of Iraq handed over the presidency of the 27th session of ALESCO to the Kingdom, which will continue until May 2026. Source: Saudi Press Agency
