Riyadh Municipality Earns 10 International ISO Certificates in Various Fields

Riyadh: Riyadh Municipality has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining 10 accredited international ISO certificates. This marks a major step forward in enhancing the quality of municipal services and upholding the principles of governance and transparency.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this achievement is part of a comprehensive initiative to adopt and implement international standards across various fields. The Anti-Corruption and Bribery Management System (ISO 37001) is among the certifications obtained, which promotes integrity and transparency in municipal operations. The Innovation Management System (ISO 56002) supports creative ideas and institutional innovation, while the Social Responsibility System (ISO 26000) integrates institutional activities with societal and environmental needs. Additionally, the Collaborative Business Relationships System (ISO 44001) strengthens strategic partnerships, and the Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Handling System (ISO 10002) enhances beneficiary satisfaction and customer experience.

Other certifications include the Knowledge Management System (ISO 30401), which ensures effective documentation and transfer of institutional knowledge, and the Project Management System (ISO 21502), which optimizes project management processes. The Facility Management System (ISO 41001) improves the operation and maintenance of municipal facilities, while the Corporate Governance System (BS 13500) reinforces accountability and guidance principles. Finally, the Benchmarking Process Management System (BSI 7070) enables the municipality to measure its performance internally and compare it with leading entities externally.
