Al-asyah: Governor of Qassim Region Prince Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz officiated the Qassim Falcons Festival ceremony held in Al-Asyah Governorate. The event brought together 675 falconers from across the Arab world, alongside officials and enthusiasts of this deeply rooted traditional sport.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the ceremony, the governor praised the organizational efforts of all participating entities, noting that the festival's success reflects effective institutional cooperation between the government and private sectors. He emphasized that falconry festivals represent a vital pillar in preserving the Kingdom's rich cultural heritage and promoting traditional practices among future generations.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Prince Faisal bin Mishaal honored the supporters, sponsors, and participating entities for their contributions to the festival's success, wishing them continued success and excellence in future cultural events.
