Makkah: President of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sanad participated in a conference yesterday on the responsibility of universities in promoting values and intellectual awareness in Makkah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Al-Sanad addressed the disruption in moral and ethical foundations that some societies are experiencing due to emerging intellectual movements. These movements often advocate for the abandonment of traditional values, a shift that he suggests requires attention and action.

Dr. Al-Sanad emphasized the importance of promoting values and ethics within educational institutions. He outlined practical methods for translating theoretical concepts of morality and behavior into real-world applications, highlighting the role universities can play in this process.
