Riyadh: The Presidency for Religious Affairs has enhanced the Itikaf prayer sites at the Two Holy Mosques by offering a series of scientific and guidance lessons, Quranic study circles, and distributing copies of the Holy Quran and guiding pamphlets. The practice of Itikaf begins on Thursday night, the 21st of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the presidency has paid significant attention to enriching the experience of those observing Itikaf prayers at the Two Holy Mosques and preparing the spiritual atmosphere in the prayer halls. This move underscores the importance of the worship of Itikaf and the need to provide it with spiritual enrichment, devotion, and obedience. The initiative aims to enhance the spirituality of the holy month and its divine blessings in these revered places, following the tradition of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
