Riyadh: The Sarah Al-Sudairi Center for Women's Studies at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) serves as a leading national research hub, aligning scientific research with national priorities to advance women's empowerment in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center operates across four strategic pillars: documenting the contributions of Saudi women, supporting specialized research, developing female leaders, and providing evidence-based insights for policymakers.

The center's research agenda spans seven core themes: gender balance and equal opportunities; environment and sustainable development; cultural roles; technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship; social issues; health; and supporting legislation. To date, the center has provided studies, consultations, and specialized initiatives to researchers, students, faculty, and public, private, and non-profit organizations.

Key achievements include concluding its first research funding cycle with three peer-reviewed papers on empowerment, the labor market, health, education, and people with disabilities. The center also published a book on Saudi women's empowerment in Arabic, English, and French, alongside delivering 11 community and educational awareness initiatives.

Through active participation in specialized conferences and hosting local and international delegations, the center continues to expand collaborative partnerships and reinforce PNU's strategic mission to strengthen the national knowledge economy.
