Today, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, had a meeting with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eng. Waleed bin AbdulKarim El-Khereiji.
During the meeting, El-Khereiji conveyed greetings from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. They extended their wishes for further progress and prosperity for the brotherly government and people of Pakistan.
Prime Minister Sharif expressed his appreciation and conveyed greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince. He also wished for greater prosperity and welfare for the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The discussion between the two sides primarily revolved around reviewing bilateral relations and exploring ways to enhance and develop them across various fields. The goal is to fulfill the aspirations of both countries and their brotherly peoples. They also discussed regional and international developments and the efforts being made in these areas.
The meeting was attended by the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki.
