Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) has issued a warning of moderate to heavy rainfall accompanied by hail and strong winds in a number of Riyadh Region governorates.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Directorate of Civil Defense urged all to exercise caution, adhere to its instructions, and avoid flood-prone areas and valleys.
