They emphasized that the attacks had deeply shocked more than two billion Muslims and affirmed that the sanctity of the Two Holy Mosques is inviolable and that Allah has protected them from all those who seek to harm them.

They also expressed their full confidence in the Saudi leadership's ability to repel any attempt to harm the safe sanctuary.
