Riyadh--Moroccan Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Ahmed Al-Tawfiq had a meeting with the Undersecretary of the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Awad bin Sabti Al-Anzi and the accompanying delegation, currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Morocco, it was reported here today.
At the outset of the meeting, which took place yesterday, Sheikh Awad Al-Anzi praised the efforts exerted by the two ministries in charge of Islamic affairs in serving Islamic work.
For his part, Moroccan Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs commended the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz in serving Islam and Muslims.
The Moroccan Minister also praised the efforts exerted by the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh in serving Islamic work and disseminating the approach of moderation, tolerance and combating extremism.
