Saudi arabia: Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) Chairman Eng. Majed Al-Argoubi issued a decision appointing Mahmoud Al-Shanqiti as MODON's official spokesperson, in addition to his duties as director of marketing and communications.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the move comes as part of MODON's efforts to strengthen effective institutional communication practices and build bridges of communication with the public and the media, thereby enhancing transparency and facilitating access to information on the authority's efforts and projects.

Al-Shanqiti holds a bachelor's degree in media and a higher diploma in radio and television. He has more than 17 years of experience in the field, during which he progressed through roles at several television channels, later joining government service where he held leadership and administrative positions and chaired numerous related governmental teams and committees.
