Bangkok: Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Alsheikh began an official visit to the Kingdom of Thailand, where he leads the Saudi delegation participating in the third international ASEAN conference titled, “The Best Nation.”

According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference, organized by the ministry on the 25th and 26th of Rajab 1446 AH, will see the participation of ministers, scholars, muftis, and thinkers from ASEAN nations.

During his visit, Al Alsheikh will meet with several officials in Thailand to discuss prospects for cooperation in Islamic fields within the framework of the distinguished bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
