Riyadh: The National Water Efficiency and Conservation Center (MAEE) has launched an awareness campaign to promote the value of water and strengthen community understanding of its role in urban, industrial, and agricultural development.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the campaign aims to reshape public awareness by linking water conservation to economic progress, industrial expansion, and food security, thereby broadening community perception beyond everyday use to a broader development scope.

MAEE stressed that water is the foundation of sustainable development and that improving water-use efficiency across urban, industrial, and agricultural sectors is essential to supporting the national economy and enhancing quality of life.
