Jeddah: Young artists and artisans captivated visitors in the Historic Jeddah (Al-Balad) district with their creative works as part of the Ramadan 2025 season activities organized by the Jeddah Historic District Program under the Ministry of Culture.
According to Saudi Press Agency, talented youth brought their ideas to life through artistic paintings that depicted daily life, the cultural history of Al-Balad, and the architectural heritage of Historic Jeddah. Using various artistic tools, including colors and pens, they produced vibrant and expressive works that resonated with visitors.
In addition to visual arts, the event featured a handicrafts section where skilled female artisans displayed traditional crafts passed down through generations. Their work reflected the Kingdom’s rich heritage, bridging the past with the present and preserving cultural traditions for the future. Visitors had the opportunity to engage with these artisans and gain insight into the craftsmanship that once played an essential role in daily life.
