According to Saudi Press Agency, this project is situated at an elevated location within Al-Khulb Park in Al-Mandaq Governorate. It grants visitors sweeping panoramic views that stretch over the Tihama plains and vast areas of the governorate. Encompassing an area exceeding 29,000 square meters, the project boasts an architectural style that harmonizes with the natural landscape of the region. Its circular design is thoughtfully crafted to allow visitors to appreciate the surrounding scenery from various vantage points.

The 'Lady Cloud' project offers a unique blend of clouds, mist, mountainous terrains, and the Tihama plains, providing visitors with the opportunity to witness stunning sunset scenes and expansive views from its summit.
