KSrelief’s Mobile Clinics in Yemen’s Al Khawkhah Serve 4,824 People in One Week

Al khawkhah: The mobile medical and nutrition clinics by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) in Al Khawkhah district of Hodeidah governorate provided treatment services to 4,824 beneficiaries between January 21 and 27.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the reporting period, 933 patients visited the internal medicine clinic, while 792 cases were treated at the emergency clinic. Additionally, 289 children were seen at the pediatric clinic, and 335 patients attended the epidemiology clinic. Meanwhile, 273 individuals benefited from the mobile team clinic.

In further detail, 304 individuals visited the reproductive health department, and 106 benefited from nutrition services. Moreover, 40 received care at the vaccination department, 18 women visited the obstetrics department, and 224 individuals attended the surgery clinic.

The awareness and health education department served 1,503 individuals, with seven cases visiting the medical referral department. Supporting services included laboratory tests for 1,371 individuals, dispensing medications to 2,638 patients, healthcare services for 2,152 cases, blood transfusions for 7 beneficiaries, and electrocardiograms for 9 patients.
