Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continues to uphold its commitment to humanitarian efforts by supporting affected, needy, refugee, and displaced populations globally. The center’s mission is rooted in the Kingdom’s values of solidarity, mutual support, and the belief that human dignity and health are universal rights.

According to Saudi Press Agency, KSrelief has successfully implemented 642 projects aimed at supporting the health sector across 53 countries. These initiatives, with a total value exceeding $1,440,955,000, are part of a broader strategy to improve quality of life, enhance health services, and alleviate suffering worldwide.

In addition to these health projects, the Saudi Conjoined Twins Program has been a significant aspect of KSrelief’s efforts since 1990. This program has reviewed 146 cases from 27 nations and successfully completed 62 separation surgeries for conjoined and parasitic twins, showcasing Saudi Arabia’s advanced medical capabilities.

KSrelief’s impact extends beyond the health sector. Since its establishment, the center has executed 3,393 projects in essential sectors across 106 countries, with total spending surpassing $7 billion. This extensive global reach underscores Saudi Arabia’s dedication to humanitarian aid and development initiatives on an international scale.
